How to contact us
Each MSP customer will have a dedicated phone number that, when called, will notify the On Duty Technician. You can also reach us by logging into your own customized Web Portal, or by email, text, or phone. Our goal is to give you multiple options when you need us the most.
Scheduled On-site Review Meetings
Each MSP customer gets a Quarterly review meeting face-to-face to discuss the problems of the past, and any potential issues of the future.
Local and/or Offsite backup up to 100gb comes included when a network server is present.
Only Microsoft Certified Technicians
CNS only employs MCSE Certified Technicians. Ask our competition if they offer the same thing. Their answer may surprise you.
